Made an appointment that I drove in for from out of town. I was told it was still 45 minutes before they even could get to it. What’s the point of making an appointment if they can’t keep it? What a joke. I’ll get my alignment elsewhere

The staff there was the perfect example of the best possible customer service!! They were friendly and courteous. They did my repairs quickly so I was able to keep on moving! To top it all off it was affordable!! Thank you for continuously taking care of my automotive needs in the best way possible!!
As we were about to leave a swim meet in Great Falls Sunday afternoon we had a bit of car trouble. There is a power steering hose that passes through a cooler under the van that slipped off of its fitting and dumped its contents out on the ground. We had no tools, no jack or ramps, to even find the cause of the leak let alone fix it. The crew at Firestone in Great Falls took great care of us and went well above and beyond to make sure we got home to Billings without any other issues.
