The service tech was very professional and upbeat about my request to have air in my tires.**I am very disappointed. Yesterday I called to get aa appointment for tire rotation due to a bumpy ride after my new tire was installed and balanced. The person that answered the phone and informing me I couldn't get in till Friday, a day I work and he called me bro durning the call and didn't try to accommodate me at all. I stopped in because I had a flat tire make an appointment for 4:00 p.m. the next day have the tire repaired in the service was excellent
