Excellent customer and technician services. Very friendly and caring.
I dropped off my car at Firestone Store in Vernon on July 10 for an oil change and an inspection of a suspected oil leak. When I left the vehicle, the touchscreen on the console was fully functional and had no cracks or damage. When I returned on July 12 to pick up my car, I immediately noticed that the touchscreen had been physically cracked. Let me start this review by saying this is an amazing Firestone store comparatively. I know people are starting to refer to it like a Jiffy station and that they overcharge, but if you have a decent IQ and no car knowledge they will walk you through the issues and give great advice regarding what you can do somewhere else cheaper. Sal is probably the best manager - definitely ask for him. All in all, very trustworthy and efficient store that gets you a great price and your car fixed fast.
