Very good service the people are very professional.
The staff at this location were wonderful. Customer service, communication, speed and quality were top notch. They got us in for service on a Holiday with very little notice and we were on the road in less than 3 hours from start to finish. Thanks to Gary and team at Firestone!
Dave Oscarson and his team saved the day! After getting a flat tire on the highway, Dave got me right in, repaired my flat tire without trying to upsell me anything, and got me back on the road. I brought my truck back the next day and had all 4 wheels and tires Road Force balanced. The job was completed in a timely manner, Dave kept in constant communication about the status of the work, and was extremely pleasant to deal with. I will definitely recommend Dave and his team to everyone! Thanks again-Eric
My coworker and I picked up a vehicle and noticed something wasn't right. He decided to stop at Firestone and see if they could help. One of the associates recognized it was a safety issue and got our vehicle right in and was fixed in less than twenty minutes. We were grateful to be on our way back to Maine. We were only charged for looking at the vehicle and honestly their prices are more than reasonable. Thank you.
