The staff was polite, courteous accommodating. Reasonably priced. This firestone location is the only place I will have my car serviced. They do a great job all around. Highly recommend them.
Manager was really nice when he put in the work order. After rotors, brakes, calipers and new tires were installed the car wouldn't drive straight. When I hit the brakes had smoke coming from the calipers and the car swerved so hard could barely keep it on the road. Took it to another shop and they said the rear right drum was bent along with front left rotor and the brake pads were installed backwards. When I called to explain the manager was rude.
