My mom went to get her AC fixed. $250 later she drove home and it was still broken! Took it back and they refused to make it right and charged her another $200+ dollars. Not a new AC either, just fixed her old one. What a ripoff! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

My wife brought the car in here to have the brakes checked. They said she wouldn't need them. I read the work order when she got home which said she needs motor mounts and there is a nail in the left rear tire. I called today to find out if they fixed the tire. No they didn't. I can't even believe they let her drive out without fixing it. Then I looked at the brakes and they are worn to nothing. Last month I brought my truck in to have the tire pressure sensors replaced. Great customer service. Heather greeted everyone who came in with a smile and even spoke graciously with a gentleman who continued to ask for a male employee as he implied that she didn't know what she was talking about. Treated me with the utmost grace as I needed to make sure my repairs stayed under the cash amount I had. I've been going there for 5+ years and don't intend to stop anytime soon.
