Great and friendly service like always. Great price on oil change, wouldn't go anywhere else.
Woefully unprepared for a scheduled appointment. Calling multiple parts stores for the part they should have ordered ahead of time so it would have been ready to install. I waited an hour before the part arrived and another hour and a half before the service was complete. Won’t be going back.
The workers are always friendly. Answer all my questions. Address any concerns. I have been going to Middletown NJ Firestone for many years, and plan to continue using their services.
Greg and the technicians went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. Greg was generous with his time and explained my repairs in detail. Wonderful personality. He even said he really loves his job and it shows. I've been going to Firestone for 20 years and have always had great service and fair prices.
