Ryan at the front desk was a great, ethical person to deal with when a mistake was made regarding the tire job I scheduled. They did everything that they could to help me during a miscommunication, and I will only be using Firestone from here on out. 5-STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE. Cheaper tire service offerings than Mavis Discount Tires and any of your local dealerships. The waiting room was clean, too.
