Do not lie when your lie damages your customer financially
Do not take your car here for tires or service. They are crooks who pad the bill, and sell cheap parts that don't even last a year. In January we spent $500 on tires that we haven't even got 10,000 miles out of and they all need to be replaced. Took the van in for front end work and were quoted $800. Picked it up and suddenly the bill is over $1,400. We will never take another vehicle there for service. Nor will we ever buy Firestone tires again.
Was there within 15 minutes of opening for oil change, balance, rotate and align. And that's all that was done but it took more than 2 hours. While I waited, I saw 2 employees walk next door and bring back their breakfast, another man brought donuts into the bay area (OSHA??) and then 4 employee gather around him while they ate, and another bring his breakfast to the desk and eat. Been taking my vehicles there for years. They know me by name. Always friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Anytime I have a problem with one of my cars, they have repaired it correctly. Had new a/c system put in yesterday, now car is a freezer. Hooray! Thank you Firestone complete auto care on Eastchester Dr.
They were very sympathetic to my problem. Very helpful, very kind and very fast. I couldn't be more grateful to the service I received.
