Was quoted 2~3 days to fix a simple flat when only 1 other customer was in the place. You lost a customer today while your competitor gained one as they not only fixed my flat in 20 mins and re-balanced it, they did it for free as well. Guess where I'm going to get all new tires come spring time, not you.
