My mother took her vehicle due to a leak in the coolant system. After evaluation from Firestone, they concluded that the car needed a new radiator due to a crack. Quoted her $1500 for parts and labor. Immediately told her to bring it over for a second look and found that it was an o-ring that went bad on the coolant temp sensor. A $20 part! Please get yourself a second opinion when it comes to vehicle maintenance; they almost got my mom for a $1500! BEWARE!!!
Took my car for a COMPLETE VEHICLE INSPECTION 4/5 and was only told I need a tire and alignment. 4 days later my car stalls in the middle of the road... Now it needs $680 worth of work AND has an oil leak that apparently has been there for a while... The guy I just spoke to said even though the inspection says they check everything, the don't! Don't waste your time or money.
