I have lived all over the country and no matter where I go, I always search out Firestone. I've never had a bad experience. My most recent experiences have been at Manchester, NH. The new store manager "John" has been a delight to work with. I love the fact that he's willing to take the time to actually show your weekdays won't and how they'll fix it. You never have to just take their word for it.
