Autofair Honda sent me to the Firestone shop when my new tires wore down in 9 months because they did not want to deal with corporate. Though Firestone could not personally help with that issue because they had not been the installers, I worked with John and he helped me get on the right track to have the problem fixed through the tread warranty if possible, going so far as to call autofair and get additional information. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating from start to finish. I participated in their Cyber Monday Tire promotion in early December 2025, which promised a $50 email gift card to be delivered by January 6, 2026. When nothing arrived, I contacted customer service in early January and was told they were having “issues” sending them out but that I should receive mine in a few days. That never happened. They got me in and out under 2 hours. It was a a gut feeling that turned out to be quite a bit of work. Brakes, leaking oil, wheel bearing. All unexpected and expensive. The staff was prompt, professional, pleasant and very helpful financially. I’m very impressed and will be back again!
