I had the first appointment in the morning. They were fast & very efficient! The service was great from the moment I called the store, to the moment I left the place. The gentleman working the front was super friendly, knowledgeable, & didn’t make me feel pressured into getting anything “extra” & went beyond my expectations, as to go & take a picture of something to show me so I understood & had a clear picture of it. Many thanks to the Firestone gang working today, on a sunday. Elisha took my call and greeted me with professionalism. Courtney completed all the paperwork and coordinated a speedy sale. Matt had my car on the lift and tires changed before I could finish a coffee. All this because I told them I needed to be on the road ASAP to NYC. I can't say thank you enough, and you just earned a new customer.
The staff at this location are always very helpful and taking care of me. Making sure I’m getting the correct parts and not messing around. Shoutout CJ and the rest of the staff for always doing right by me.
Elijah was able to mount and balance my tire on a wheel that other businesses couldn’t handle. He got me in and out within an hour, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back here again whenever I need service.
