For once, I didn't have to wait there that long. Everything was taken care of everything was explained. They even did a test drive so that I could show them the noise it was making, although It didn't make it, but either way I walked out of there, feeling satisfied. Everything was great.Hopefully , my rewards will kick in into the statement

Excellent services from all of the Staff, clerk, Mechanics,etc. I had Firestone's $50 vehicle inspection on 3 prospective used vehicles son was looking to purchase. Helped him make a more informative decision on choosing which vehicle to purchase.
