I’ve never had to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change until today! I made an appointment for 2pm showed up 10 minutes early then waited with not 1 other customer in the lobby. People were friendly but the service is the worst I’ve experienced with Firestone, I don’t recommend going to this location. Back to jiffy lube for me
JUST AWSOME SERVICE! AFTER 3 MECHANICS AND NO ONE COULD FIGURE OUT ANYTHING, FIRESTONE DID!
They lost my rim cap after i gave them the tool to remove and put back on. the rim cap is obsolete and i can not replace it. I decided to give them another chance and took another vehicle they loosened my control arm bolt for alignment and never tightened it leaving my family in a dangerous situation! control arm bolt fell out completely and they DO NOT take accountability for their mistakes. mechanics cant even tighten bolts will be taking this further and filing complaint to corporate if possible!

I had a great experience at Firestone off Everhart. My tire was destroyed after driving over a huge screw/bolt about 10 inches into my tire. I arrived at 615 and even though they would be closing soon Cindy helped me with the greatest customer service. She took care of everything I needed and sent me off feeling safe again. I highly recommend them for all your auto and tire needs. Thank you Cindy!
