I bought a lifetime alignment from Firestone. Everytime i take my auto to THIS location, they made me wait +4 hours every time even when nobody was in for alignment for 2 of those +4 hours! Most Firestone locations have me in and out in about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Look, even there response to my complaint is impersonal, they didn't even respond to me by name, just hello there. Wow!
