the staff was very helpful to me. I had a flat last night and was able to get me back on the road. we are from Chicago. everyone was accommodating and was quick to help without hesitation.

Ben (manager),Nicole and Isaac definitely top notch!! Our car broke down while we were traveling from Ohio to FL. AAA towed us to them on Sunday afternoon. Even tho they couldn’t fix our car they took excellent care of it for 8 days until we could arrange for car transport to take it back to Ohio!!Thank you for being really good people and helping us out!!

Firestone mechanics are why I have a hard time trusting people. I took my car for new tires and a free alignment because I have a lifetime alignment with Firestone. They called me telling me I needed 2k worth of work before they could do the alignment. They told me I needed struts, ball joints and control arms. Very bad experience with this location, got new tires with 80000 miles but tires done with in 35k miles. And they refused to putt new one. Also they never do tire rotation but they told me they did. I was in really dangerous situation because of them. I did tire rotation yesterday but then same day i have to tow my car because axcel broken. When i took my car to some other workshop they told me no one did tire rotation because if some did then definitely notice axcel broken … See more

This is the second time I've been here for an oil change. The first time, I was in shock that it was $89 and some change for an oil change and tire rotation.Today, I went back for another oil change and said I just wanted a standard oil change. I was questioned and essentially tried to change my mind, although I clearly only wanted a standard change.After my car went back, a technician came back and said that whoever performed my last oil change didnt tighten everything… See more

DO NOT GO HERE! Firestone in Silverdale, WA did a shotty job repairing my exhaust manifolds and the car caught fire the same day becoming a total loss. Despite inspections claiming wires being misrouted, etc. Firestone has refused to refund me for any of the damage. This company is unethical and has been reported to the inspector General and BBB. biggest thing for me as a customer.. Is honesty. These guys hold true to that. I respect a business that doesn't blow smoke and talks to you like they're working on their own car. car repair is a necessary evil of life however, these guys make it a little bit easier. I would recommend them to anyone!

Beware of Service Counter Nick ! Nick try to sell me a new battery that he didn’t even that my battery was under warranty through his company !He tries to steal as he’s smiling ! Nick might even steal from his own mother !
