I have never had so much trouble trying to make a payment. I wanted to use my debit card to pay online-not allowed, then after jumping through many hoops to speak with a representative I was unfortunate to get Joseph who wanted to change me $4.00 additional to pay my bill with my debit card. NO ONE has EVER charged me a fee to pay my bill with a debit card. The more I do business with Firestone to more I am convinced that you are not a customer friendly store and I need to go back to Discount Tires.
I purchased my first set of tires from Firestone in December 2013. In June 2016 I had a blowout while driving on the highway. When I went back to Firestone they did not have my tires in stock and because my car is all wheel drive, I had to purchase another full set of tires. After being told we didn't need an appointment we took our car in to be aligned Wednesday only to be told their tech wasn't in but would be Friday. So we dropped off our car last night for an alignment today only to be called this morning and told they can't do it because their tech called out sick. We have been loyal customers for 20 years but sadly I think this will be our last time. My husband has missed 2 days of work now for nothing.
