Set up on 11th Oct. A scheduled appointment for a/c test for leaks, and new cabin air filter and air filter on 15th Oct. 2021 at 10am. Arrived at 9:30 am. At 12:30pm. Called up to settle my bill. Needed a/c hose replaced. Was told that cost would be $700+-. And that my cabin filter was "pretty dirty". So why wasn't my filters replaced during that 3 hour lobby wait?
