I had theee best service at the firestone in Holliday, UT.... treated me with respect, didn't do or tell me work was needed when I know it's not needed. And then gave me an awesome deal on a full diagnostic....let me know what was needed for future repair such as tires and brakes and also gave me great quotes and prices!! I have to give kudoes to Steve H!!!! He was so awesome......Thank you so much!

Completely ripped me off. I went in because my car is lurching on coast down to 5mph, so I suspect a transmission problem or something similar. They refused to check, citing that my car is over 100,000 miles and it may cause more damage. Fair enough. I did allow them to do a full vehicle inspection to find the error. That turned into ~$600 of car repairs that haven't fixed the problem. Still lurching on slow down. Will not be going back.
