Terrible Service and Incomplete Work – This business never completed the work I paid for, even after re-scheduling a second apt., dropping my car off for the entire day (as requested), and several follow - up calls. They did absolutely nothing to fix what I had paid them $325.00 to do. This location used to be great when they had a different service mngr., however the girl Kristy, who apparently tries to manage the work now, is terrible and has completely changed the shop for the worse.
Terrible service and experience!!! – They took two hours instead of promised one. They took multiple smoke breaks and left car unattended. At least five different guys worked on my car! All I got was a brake pad replacement! I was the only one waiting for my car to be fixed Their free brake inspection took a whole hour the day before. They told me I needed to replace perfectly good parts. They are terrible,I will never be going back
