Had a problem with another company saying that I needed a wheelbearing replacement. They couldn’t do it and referred me to Firestone. Thank God they did because it wasn’t the problem. Firestone was great, fixed the issue and were wonderful. I would recommend to anyone.
I had a flat tire at my home so I ut a quick plug n it and filled t with air. I made an appoint to have it patched professsionally so I would not have furthue problems. It sat there all afternoon at 5 minutes before they closed they called me to tell me they could not patch the tire because it was previously repaired. explained that I had put the plug in ot so I could drive it over to them but he said it was against policy and refused.
