My car was performing adequately so I took it to Firestone. Rob the manager asked several questions and had Roger the mechanic assess the problem. Roger found what was wrong and fixed it. I was able to get my partner to the doctors on time. Rob and Roger saved the day. The workers have the utmost respect are polite and courteous.

After calling around to multiple places, this shop stood out right away. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and got me in fast.
