Firestone rips off their customers,with a smile.my wife and i brought them a 05 Chevy equinox dropped it off,n told them theres a thumping noise on the driverside strut or shock and to replace the tires with basic brands.he asked both my wife and myself for our cell number .3 hours later they call my wife instead of me n told her the truck needed a rear differential, lol she allowed it to be done thinking that was the noise.they installed.the tires I get the bill 1,800 dollars???i was reluctant but gave them my card .i bring... read more
I'd say they over price everything and I mean everything.they gave me a price of 3,800 for a gasket repair.5,000. For a salvaged engine with 85,000 miles.i sent it to fanelles auto repair.he found an engine for 2,000 installed with a warrantee.i also called 15 reputable repair shops for a new gasket all the prices came in at 1,200 to 1,500 .including parts and labor.theyr rip offs the vehicle was in they're shop 3 weeks prior for front end nois.
