RecommendedI've been using Firestone for about 12 years through many states! They always treat me with respect and I never felt like I was being "used because I was a girl" if I questioned anything they'd take me right out to my car and show me the problems in person but we're never pushy! My first ever visit to Firestone, getting my vehicle state inspection. The staff were extremely courteous, down-to-earth, and professional (both with customers and fellow staff). It's a transparent layout, so you can see the mechanics working, and it's also very quiet for a body shop! Service was done in a very timely and thorough manner. I'll definitely return for any future maintenance or repairs I need.
