They always treat me with respect and I never felt like I was being "used because I was a girl" if I questioned anything they'd take me right out to my car and show me the problems in person but we're never pushy! I will definitely recommend this company!

My first ever visit to Firestone, getting my vehicle state inspection. The staff were extremely courteous, down-to-earth, and professional (both with customers and fellow staff). It's a transparent layout, so you can see the mechanics working, and it's also very quiet for a body shop! Service was done in a very timely and thorough manner. I'll definitely return for any future maintenance or repairs I need.
