I have needed to drop in for tire replacement twice this year (on separate vehicles!) and every time the staff I’ve interacted with have been excellent. They’re friendly, helpful, and are always honest with whether the tire needs repair or replacement, with no pressure tactics or upselling. We’re happy to have such a great tire center so close to home.

I went in due to my transmission going limp a few day prior. I told the man at the counter what was wrong, and asked for diagnostic to be ran to be sure, hoping that it would only need a flush, new transmission fluid, and filter. They ran the diagnostics, called and told me the codes it threw, and told me they wouldn’t touch it.. when I got to the store and started asking questions, such as “if the transmission fluid is ‘dirty’ and needs maintenance why can’t you do it?” There is literally a giant sign in the building that s... read more

Years past I was not a fan of this location, but since being stationed at Fort Sam this time, I've really enjoyed it. The staff is great, they do great work and are transparent with what they are going to do.

Excellent service that was both complete and quick. Gentlemen at the service desk were very helpful in their feedback and further recommendations. Glad to have such 5-star service on base.
