I ordered 5 wheels and tires online for our Jeep and Firestone did a great job of mounting and balancing the wheels. I had planned on installing them later, and unfortunately one of the lug nuts was frozen. I took the vehicle back over to the team and they were more than happy to accommodate us and troubleshoot. I was having a really bad day and the nail in my tire was the icing on the cake. José was really nice and helped me fill my tire up with air and was able to get my car seen with little wait. This was so helpful and made my day a little better. Thank you!
