AVOID THIS PLACE: I brought my vehicle in after a long haul drive because it was making a fluttering rattling noise. We are in the middle of a pcs move from coast to coast. They had my vehicle from 10am-6pm and said my problem was an oil leak and two split engine mounts. I got my keys back started it up, it was still making the noise. All staff was polite and informative, even when I didn’t have full understanding of the issues my vehicle had and made things comprehensive,nevertheless , printed all paperwork and made the effort to contact dealerships and find the true lowest deal with expedited parts. Responded to all calls and did courtesy checks and gave me updates on other things that needed notice on my vehicle. Appreciate all staff and this facility is my selection of choice from now on.
Dropped car off for earliest appointment at 0800 & took them 3 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. Cost was overpriced as well and technician was lackadaisical and gave attitude when I was asking what was taking so long. Highly do not recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Great customer service and excellent tire purchase and installation experience.
Pulled in shortly before closing on Sunday with a screw in tire. JR didn’t hesitate to take care of repairing it and keeping me on the road. Excellent service!
