Easy online appointment scheduling that allows you to select what needs to be done. Staff identified a different issue and got it corrected fast at a reasonable cost. Fantastic customer service all around! Definitely be back!
We’ve had great experiences with Firestone Complete Auto Care on our installation. Customer service is great—JR is always friendly and professional, and the entire staff is easy to work with. The military discount is also another bonus. They’re fair, honest, and transparent. The lifetime alignment is an outstanding value and has paid dividends for our vehicles. We regularly bring our vehicles in for alignments and rotations with zero issues as my son and I try to do most of our own vehicle repairs
Don't even try to go there unless you wanna argue with non-sense people working there. They will argue with you even though they know that they are wrong. Such a shame and stubborn people.
We have used this Firestone location for regular service/maintenance and the not-so-regular stuff (brakes, a/c, a radiator that decided it had enough). They always provide great service. The facility is clean, has good hours, and is conveniently located in the middle of Fort Sam. They are usually able to get our vehicle in quickly and service it quickly.
