I visited Firestone in Norridge for the first time on April 4th because it’s close to where I live. I scheduled a complimentary vehicle inspection, but primarily went in for a tire rotation, since I knew it was due. After the inspection, I was told my rear brake pads were completely worn out (metal on metal), and that the front brakes and bushings also needed replacement. Great service I was in and out in under an hour
Worst service ever don't go there there try too still your money
I usually get my service done at Firestone at Foster & Milwaukee. However, they do not do transmission service and they referred me to the Harwood Heights location. Most places won’t do transmission service on Kia Sportage’s however Javier made sure the right Kia transmission fluid was ordered. I brought my car in for service on time and took only an hour great job highly recommend.
