Javier was easy to talk to , very knowledgeable and honest . I had my transmission service, replaced my cabin air filter. Javier and his technician were pros, showed me how dirty my filter was . I never would have known I had a filter behind the glove box. Glad they took the time to inspect it. I’m so glad I had it done at Firestone. Thanks again Mr. Javier and team.
The whole team was helpful from the moment I walked in. I explained my light, they assured me their team would figure it out. They quickly figured out what was wrong and I was able to get new set of tires for a great price. Definitely will recommend them to friends and family.
I've been bringing my vehicle's to Firestone for many years and to different locations throughout that time. I'm glad to have been working with Javier for many years. He's a great guy who listens to your problems and works with his techs to get the issues corrected the first time, on time!
