Made an appointment for a wheel alignment and a full inspection. Gentleman at the front desk asked me what was going on with my vehicle. I explained I’m having issues with acceleration and explained the work I just had done. Said he would have a tech drive it. Because if I wanted a diagnosis done it’s $117 extra and takes 3 hours…Meanwhile autozone will tell you for free anyway. I scheduled an 8am appt 2 weeks ago for a tire replacement., show up early on said day….was told no tire in stock but it would arrive at 830. Come 9am they still had not ordered the tire. At which point when it was time for me to leave I’m told the shop would throw a tire on they had all along. No one even told me the cost up front., they just asked for my keys…just really poor service from several employees.
My experience was great that took real good care of me I recommend Firestone when you know it's done right the first time
I have had bad experiences at this store before but this was by far the worse. The price I was told before service 29.99 for Lof and what I was charged when service completed 79.00 and this was just an oil change . My car is a 2014 Kia soul 5w20 regular oil and she told me they only use synthetic I told her nobody informed me of that before servicing I was told 29.99 her response sorry there is nothing I can do the person that wrote me up did not know what he was doing and she got an attitude with me.
