I set an appointment up online for 7AM. All I was getting was an oil change & a tire fixed (which came from Firestone) & it took almost 2 hours for that. I set it that early so I could get done early & get to work! I was not very happy & might should of been compensated as well!
Not exactly sure how the different services are managed but I dropped off my car this morning at 10:30am to get my back tires checked for a slow leak. They quoted me a 2-3 hour wait... it’s now 3:20pm and my car hasn’t even gone back yet. It’s ALWAYS like this here! 😡 no matter what day of the week it is or time of day. I’ll NEVER come back. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the friendliness of every employee I encountered.
Fast and courteous service and even gave me a quote about my future break service
Had a 2pm appointment.... 2hrs later, still waiting!!!
Just had a screw in my back tire, but they were the only place open at 7am, thank God someone understands people have to work too.
The gentleman was extremely honest about the wait..when you've worked all day and have to wait 2 hours for an oil change is challenging. I did receive a discount on my service which was a blessing!
We had a blow out on interstate had our car towed here and they went way above what they needed to do to get us back on the road.
