I am a 70 year old quadriplegic female veteran. I was denied service on my wheelchair equipped vehicle after waiting two hours to get service because it didn’t have a driver’s seat in it. I told them I would be happy to drive it into the stall for them, but they continued to deny me service. It’s the first time in 41 years that this has ever happened to me. I was going to buy two new tires from them, but that will never happen now.
I took my car to Firestone because I had a noise in the right front tire so Wyatt that works there said they looked at everything on my car. They cannot find anything wrong with my card at all, except for a motor mount was kind of worn and a terminal Battery cable so of course I paid $800 to have those two things fixed. I've been here twice now & I don't feel like they talk to me how most places do; because I'm female, alone at a car shop, I usually get a lot of mansplaining but not here. I ask my questions, I get respectful responses & that goes a long way. Mike is a cool dude & they do a great job on my car. I'll continue bringing my business here.
Went in to get a headlight replacement bulb. They took over an hour and charged me 72$ . I was very upset and said something while they were working on it. Weekly to drive off and note my car is dead. Don’t go here
