I'm SO grateful for my guys at Firestone! They've helped me a few times now with my Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus. I can't explain how kind, understanding, and helpful they have been. Even if I just have a question with my car, I can call them, and they are happy to try and explain whatever I need explained. They make sure my vehicle is safe and also don't try to up-sale anything. Their kindness and honesty is refreshing!
Staff is always helpful and friendly. I trust Blaze and Gabe to guide me in car issues. I don't know the folks that do the actual work, but I appreciate their time and service. THANK YOU! Susan
Called another Firestone no help ..called this store on 7 and was told 2 appts coming at 2 come on over and I will fit you in. Wifes car was a flat tire and needed done before heading to the airport . Great customer service done in 45 mins on a Sunday . Thank you again. Great man!!
