Great customer service and they know what they are doing.
Our Blue Springs Firestone about 1-2 years ago was amazing. Now, if you call for an appointment or same day service they will tell you they cannot get you in for a week or so, they are short staffed, or they will refer you to the Independence store saying they are less busy. I was there for three hours for 4 tires and an alignment. No directions or mention of what to do for my $70 rebate, but they used that as a selling point for me getting the tires I got. I stopped in at the last minute, and the folks who work here helped me right away. Love this Firestone station.
Had a rear wheel hub assembly replaced. The work was fine. I was charged $374 for the part. A Subaru dealership charges $189 for the same part. Price gouging for the part is ridiculous.
