Had a rear wheel hub assembly replaced. The work was fine. I was charged $374 for the part. A Subaru dealership charges $189 for the same part. Price gouging for the part is ridiculous.

Made an appointment, after 4 hours waiting my vehicle not serviced. I was told they were busy. They double booked. My suggestion is you charge $50.00 for the appointment, then you wouldn't have no shows. Everybody happy. So I picked up my vehicle and tires that I bought and took them to DisCount Tire to have them put on. I will not recommend Firestone on N 7 Hwy to get Service. BM
