I’ve had some not so great experiences at other Firestones in the past, but this location is by far the best. Their new manager Cat is wonderful. Her kindness, knowledge, and customer service focused mindset is top notch. She’s also up-front and transparent about pricing. Highly recommend this location!
Went for an alignment. The lady at the desk called to tell me about an oil leak that they think was coming from the filter. I had an oil change at home planned and asked if they could try to tighten it up. She wanted $87 for an oil change if they were going to touch it at all. Things like that used to be done in the name of customer service and retention.
