I brought my mothers car in for tire change. Gaberial informed me that the other tire on the right passenger side needed changing. When I left the price was at $295. So he called my mother and told her that she needed another tire on the back along with an oil change. I knew about the oil change and was going to get it done at another place. Make sure and check your car after using this shop parts will be stolen off of it. I don't know anyother explanation for what had happened

I'm leaving for St. Louis today and noticed I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I went to Firestone to see if they could do a repair real quick, but they were swamped. Rather than just telling me they couldn't do the repair, Preston picked up the phone and called nearby tire shop to see if they would be able to get me in. This was above and beyond what I ever expected. Definitely earned my repeat business today.
Both times I had to use Firestone they were AWSOME!
Had me sitting for hrs before they told me they couldn't get to it till tomorrow so frustrating being from out of town with two dogs. And no car.
