If you take a vehicle from a customer for service, you should be held 100% liable for what happens to that vehicle until you give the keys back to the customer. These guys deserve to be boycotted.
Minus 5 stars! They took possession of our truck on July 21st, gave us a invoice for the work to be done on July 29th, and the fire happened that night. Firestone failed to secure the truck and it was stolen 2-3 weeks ago but Firestone never told us. They ignored my calls and now are telling me they never had the truck. We have all the proof needed to take legal action against Firestone and will!

The team is always phenomenal. Jacob was able to get me in right away even though I pulled in in a crisis without an appointment. He communicated with me throughout the process. The gentleman who worked on the tire itself showed me what was going on. I have been with Firestone for decades in multiple states and this is my favorite team.
