I’ve been dealing with firestone for over 4 years and hold an account with them. It’s really hard to find reliable and honest mechanics now a days. Today firestone has left a bad taste in my mouth for overcharging me for an oil change. Using a Firestone card a oil change is around 30. I’ve been charged over 40 after i told the guy I’m suppose to get a discount for the card. He completely ignored me which is cool.
