I had a flat tire and happened to pull over into the parking lot not even knowing they were there. I attempted to change my tire but couldn’t get the lug nuts off. I walked to Firestone and asked if someone can help. Tavin and Eric jumped to the rescue! They literally walked to my car with their own Jack and changed my tire while me and the bay waited patiently! I’m so thankful to them!!!
