You go in for a minor repair and they try to scare you into recommended services, like replace the spark plugs, and flush radiator, even though it was just done months ago... total ripoff!
I was getting an oil change and while I was waiting I watched them tell everyone there they needed tires, another man was there for an oil change as well and when they told him he needed tires he laughed and told them that he just bought those tires!! The salesman tried to back off a little by saying not right away but maybe in about 10,000 miles or so! I wonder how many people they ripped off who didn't know any better?
Stopped in Friday late afternoon for a battery check... Have brought 3 cars here, 2 of them frequently, and have spent a fortune here. Service rep yesterday was super unpleasant, abrupt, and didn't seem to know what he was talking about! At least 3 mechanics were sitting on their butts out in the shop, but rep was quick to say they couldn't do 5 min battery check today... They USED to be great! Friendly, willing to explain everything and go out of their way...not now! Not going back!!!
Called yesterday to make an appointment for this morning for a new tire and an oil change. I dropped my car off first thing at 8:15 AM since I was told it would only take a few hours. It was still not even touched by 12:30 PM. I was then promised it would be ready by 1:30 PM. When I arrived at that time it still had not even been touched and I was told to wait a few minutes. Once it was finally ready, the staff seemed to have misplaced my keys. Waited for 20 minutes until they found them. Never again.
