We had the best possible experience with Rachel and the team at this Firestone store. We were from out of town, stranded with a flat tire. Although the shop was booked solid with work all day, they kicked it into overdrive to fix our tire and get us back on the road in a very short time. In my profession as a client service manager over A large team, I know excellent customer service when I see it. This team is a complement to Firestone.
First time customer and they had me in and out first thing in the morning. Tony was very thorough and explained exactly what needed to be done and showed me on my tire what tire what the issue was. 10/10 will be back. Thank you Tony!!!
The staff at Firestone were wonderful! I came in with a flat tire at the end of the day and they were able to get it fixed quickly! The staff even remembered me from when I had brought my car in previously for a different tire issue. Highly recommend them for any of your tire or service needs!
