They cancelled my appointment the morning of at the door. Apparently it's a thing they do. Was lied to about the tech who just called out and told their "machine was down".
My girlfriend and I made an appt and went in for an alignment. Raymond at the front desk was prompt, courteous and professional. CJ, I believe that was his name, started the alignment right away. He showed us the previous alignment and then showed us how he corrected it. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. These guys did a great job and did great, thorough work.They deserve some recognition.
