Racheal at the front desk was absolutely wonderful to us. We're in transit from Beaufort to Pawleys Island Joe the mechanic I just can't say enough about him. This is a great team y'all got here.
They did not try and sell me the most expensive tires. Worked to get the tires as soon as they could. Very friendly
Wasted 2 days of work dealing with this group. Ordered tires , came in 2 days later for them to mount and balance then was told they didn’t have the equipment to balance. That info would have been useful the day of ordering the tires.
I got there at 8am, yet it took two and a half hours for them to change my oil and get my tires rotated. Three customers behind me left because only mechanic was working. The absolute slowest car upkeep I have ever gotten. That one man there was not to blame. I do not know who does the scheduling, but the manager behind it clearly hates both their customers and employees. I was going to schedule an engine check there since unsurprisingly there engine guy was not there today. I will be going somewhere else until better manage... read more
Tony was absolutely fabulous!!! He had me in and out within 5 minutes and was so kind! Truly a great experience. Definitely recommend.
