Had an appointment here at 10:00 am and asked for my keys back at 10:45. Why make an appointment for 10:00 when day prior if you can’t respect that?
The service I received from Tony and Job was a pleasant experience. They took care of my tire needs and explained helpful information with me. I would definitely recommend them here at Firestone
Friendly and fast service only issue which I'll take ownership of I guess, was the wrong brand of tire being used. I could have looked at the work order that was emailed to me and I didn't.
I had driven 12 hours from the north and acquired a nail in my tire about 4 hours away from my destination. After going to 8 different places, no one could plug my tire because of how busy they were or liability, but I stopped by Firestone and Tony (Toni) was so kind to plug my tire and be honest with me with no charge. After long drives and a tiring week, I needed the kindness. Thank you Tony for your kind service. It will not go unseen. Stay blessed
