well let's see after the employee terrance m tried to attack me twice for asking him to do his job then the other employees saying "You dont have any proof etc etc. INNOCENT PEOPLE DONT SAY WHERES THE PROOF!! My appt was @3 I got there around 315 and they got me in and out and the rate was good I left the store on pleasant Hill the manager there was an ass.
Location is everything with Firestone. We moved to this one because the one nearest the house did us wrong a couple times. Third visit to this and they are takin' care of business so far.
Called a half hour after open. Got in go out. Wheel alignment. Just need to give results as paper work
Came in and they were busy but got to me after a bit. Got my auto in fast found issue and parts and labor were decent, and comparable to where I would normally take my truck. Friendly staff, cleaner waiting room than other places.
Seriously I stood there for 15 minutes and could not even get acknowledged, I then went to the car and called corp cust NO SERVICE and asked why I could not get service... The rep on the phone basically said the store I was setting in the parking lot of did not exist. I went back inside and asked why I could not get service. The 2 clucks looked at each other and shrugged. 1 walked off & the other picked up the phone and dialed a number SO I LEFT.
