Horrible! I took my ca there Monday in the morning for an alignment. Dec ember 12/28 but Monday and paid to have my 2007 Toyota Solara an alignment as my car began pulling to the right about a week ago. Anyway as I was driving to work on Tuesday I got on the freeway and my car was still pulling right after spending $100 for an alignment at Firestone. I called and was told to come back in after 4pm and I did only to be told that there was nobody there to fix the problem and to try again Thursday new years eve after 4 pm. I... read more
