I had a great experience here. Trevor was professional and friendly. Service was fast and straight forward.
Will was super helpful, even they didn’t have availability to do an oil change on the spot he gave us great advice. Excellent customer service.

My local Firestone quoted a 2+ hour wait. I called and spoke to Dwayne who couldn’t promise anything for time of course. But, I arrived and my tire puncture was fixed, in and out, in about 30-40 minutes. He and Rex the mechanic struck me as genuine human beings focused on treating me as if they were in my shoes inconvenienced by a flat tire the day before Thanksgiving. I recommend this location in Silverado Ranch moving forward.
The service is incredible; Mr. Frank makes your day wonderful. My respect and admiration.
