Firestone has been my go-to vendor for tires for my 4Runner for YEARS. This store has worked on my vehicle several times (not just for tires), however, I doubt I'll come back to this store, even for tires. In 2024, I had my winter tires removed and my all season tires put on, and specifically said I wanted my STILL GOOD winter tires. The mechanic didn't read the service order, and the tires were picked up by the recycling vendor before the appointment was even done!!
