Communication process was great. Had concerns from a previous Firestone service, by a different location, and that issue was satisfactorily resolved. Service Manager being able to pull previous service records (from a different location) was instrumental in the positive outcome.
I have been going to the chapel hill firestone auto care for over 17 years and have received excellent service and highly recommend having your auto and tires serviced here. I also want to thank Mike for servicing my auto today after I ran over a curb which caused my car to rattle. When I brought my car in today, the mechanic fixed the car rattle repair in no time and for a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this location to have your auto and tires serviced!
