Service was great! An error happened when trying to schedule online, but even without an appointment and short handed due to illness,Dennis and his team got me in and done in under an hour after quoting me a couple hours. Great service in being honest and not trying to over promise to get me to stay while overperforming to take care of me. I look forward to future visits and will make sure I don't make a mistake with scheduling the appointment next time as it was most likely my fault. Thank you Chapel Hill Firestone.
Incompetent!!! I paid for a new set of tires and they never put new valve stems in. I spent $1000 and my tire didn’t last 3 days. The valve stem was bad, I was told by another location that new ones should have been replaced. I had to sit with my car on a Sunday morning so the new stem could be put on. FIRESTONE said they would give me a free oil change. I made an appointment and drove 45 minutes to find out that they couldn’t take me. Emily was the associate that was very helpful. UPDATE: Firestone replied to this review thanking me for a 5-star review. THIS IS REVIEW IS A 2-STAR REVIEW. Not sure what they're up to in their response? Perhaps it's an auto-response? Bottom line, my 2-star review remains the same. Firestone has been my go-to vendor for tires for my 4Runner for YEARS. This store has worked on my vehicle several times (not just for tires), however, I doubt I'll come back to this store, even for tires.
