RecommendedI never write reviews...but these guys were awesome! I had a nail in my tire that could not be repaired and needed a new one. The only problem was I had to drive an hour to pick up my son from school and had only about an hour to spare. They got me right in even with a parking lot full of cars and had my tire changed in about 30 minutes! I will forever be grateful of how understanding they were for my time crunch!! Thank you guys so much!!

RecommendedMichael and Brandon at store 020869 rescued me yesterday! I live in Pittsburgh and was in Nashville overnight Saturday to Sunday. As I got into town, my van started to shake and shimmy something awful. Getting service on a Sunday during an epidemic isn't easy! After many phone calls and internet searches, I found a Valvoline that was open and had them take a look. They said it was something with my tires and Firestone down the street was open. Extremely poor customer service.
to busy to be decent customer service
While driving through Bellevue on vacation, our vehicle died. Although it was a very busy Saturday, the staff were very sympathetic and accommodating. They worked us in so we would not have to find a hotel and spend an extra night on the road. After less than three hours, we had a new alternator and were back on the road towards our next destination.
With 7:30am Appointment it took 1 1/2 hours to mount 4 new tires no alignment
The Firestone staff are the best, nice and courteous. The staff take the time to explain anything that might be wrong with your car, even let you know when a coupon can be added. Lemos4 will be long time customers
