Made an appointment onliine for 12pm for an oil change. 1 hour 45 minutes later were done. Upon asking why do I make an appointment online if it's not really an actual time. Was told they were shorthanded today. Well then why was mechanic in the Matco tool truck while my truck is on the lift? Secondly just call me and say sorry noon not a good time when can you come? Not very professional in my opinion.

Really?? Took a tire in two weeks ago to get patched. First they argued that I hadn't bought the tires at Firestone and then wanted to charge me $30 to patch it. What the hell?? The tire still leaks - I've been back twice now and they "don't have time" to look at it today. Bullshit!!!
A very busy place! Try to make an appointment for faster service. Be nice and they will bend over backwards to explain, sympathize and try to fix whatever the problem is.

Great experience today! Excellent price for tires and they never asked me my name, just which of the vehicles we were leaving. Love when a business cares enough to remember your name. Thanks to Sean and the crew!
