If you're a girl, watch out. They will try to overcharge you. And check their work before you leave because I got pulled over for the headlight they were supposed to fix that same day.
They try to upsell you but stick to your guns. They're pretty good and better than pep boys I've noticed.
If you want to deal with someone who actually cares about your experience & is competent about customer service, ask for Melissa or Lucas.
Walk down across the street to Athens Family Restaurant to have some good food and wait on more comfortable chairs. The Firestone waiting room sucks!
These fools are slow!
Maybe I'm just feeling vindictive because it took almost an hour an forty minutes longer than they said it was, but this place sucks.
