I have a difficult speciality vehicle, and they worked tirelessly to try and resolve its current problem, so I wouldn’t have to make the long drive to the dealer servicing store that is on the other coast. They worked multiple days on it! Still couldn’t get it fixed, but definitely not for a lack of trying or knowledge. Thank you for being so kind and driven to help me! We’ll continue coming to you guys for all of our other needs!

I paid over $350 for 2 new rotors and 2 turned rotors (no new pads). They charged me $97.99 per new rotor. This for rotors that anyone can get for less than $30 at the auto parts store. The work took over 2 hours to complete, which they charged me for, and which I had to spend sitting in their waiting area. That's a ridiculous amount of time for such a trivial amount of work. Take your business elsewhere.
