Nope all I have to say.
I been to this Firestone a couple of times or my tires and brakes and had no issues. Workers are polite and give you options before doing the work.
Worst firestone I've ever been to. I used to bring my Hyundai Elantra to this firestone until they took 3 hours to do my oil change. I have now tried them again with my new car and am still unimpressed. Brought my car in at 130 on a Saturday for a diagnostic and oil change and am still waiting for my car as of right now at 1pm on Sunday. I had to call them to get the results of the diag and they still hadn't even started my oil change. Told me it would be about an hour until they finish it, called back an hour and a half lat... read more
People are rude there. Hope that store closes down.
Always helpful and honest. Brian was exceptional during our last visit. Car problems can be stressful but they made it much easier on us.
