Bad experience. I made an online appointment at 11:00am and I was in the store at 10:50am. I had to wait 1:30 hour to be served and that is because I kept asking. First excuse they made was that my appointment was at 12 not 11, but when I told them I made my appointment online and showed them the confirmed email, they said that they don’t have enough technicians.
This location is great! Store Manager Ethan Turney is a stand up guy. My car broke down on 91 South Friday night and they had it fixed before noon the next day! Thank you so much!
What going on ! With Firestone ?? You change all the staff and that place change completely... is sad that now I am going to look for another trusted mechanic ... I spend thousand on services in my different vehicles since that place open probably 5 years ago .. don’t trust no more ...
