Guys here are amazing ! Great & quick customer service! Atmosphere is amazing here at Firestone, as busy as they are the guys are still willing to get people in even with all the work they have going on. For anyone coming here , this is the place to go to get your car worked on! Just cut them some slack due to high volume of business , they are the favorite in town and just trying there best to accommodate every customer and get them in a timely matter. Great service and work team!
I needed a truck tire repaired from a piece of metal in the tread causing a slow leak. I made an appointment. When I arrived, they took my truck in and fixed it in less time than they said. Very efficient and professional service at the counter! Nice job, Firestone. I'll be back!
I was on a road trip with my husband and kids yesterday and our check engine light came on we walked in and spoke with Angel and he was very accommodating he moved some stuff around on his busy schedule to fit us right in we where out with in the 2-3 hour range with no appointments I would definitely be recommending this Firestone to all my friends and family just because Angel went above and beyond and made sure we was not stranded and got back on the road safely ❤️
Place is fantastic! Under new management. Guys in the front are extremely helpful and honest. Would highly recommend!
