this location has always been good to me. they never try to upsell me on things and the work is done in a timely manner. they’re always very polite too!
They don't do changes or updates and charge you for it if you don't verify. I suspected it earlier. Yesterday I went in for a tire rotation and had marked my tires to check them in return. Invariably they said tires were rotated but when I went back and checked the 4 tires were in same position. I went back and confronted if they had done the rotation. They defended at first saying yes it was done. When I showed them pictures of my car tires and position before the service and now. They realized I had proof and agreed to do ... read more
Needed an emissions test. Called the day before and they quickly got back to me and told me it was only walk-ins. When I got there, everyone was fast, efficient, and thorough. My car was ready in the time they said it would be. Will definitely return.
