Such a great experience at Firestone! This is my second time coming here and both times I’ve been really happy with the service. I came in this time to get new tires, and Jason was so nice and made everything super easy. I’m honestly horrible when it comes to anything car-related, but he was really patient with me, explained everything, showed me my different options, and helped me get the best price. I never felt pressured or confused, which I really appreciated. Will always come back to this place
I had a great experience getting my oil changed here. The service was quick and professional, and I especially want to recognize the manager, Jason, for being so kind, helpful, and professional. He made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. Great customer service overall—I definitely recommend this place!
