LOVE GEORGE! Brought my Buick Enclave in on 9/20 with a list of items that I needed repaired: A/C, brakes, passenger running light, oil change. George called in advance to say they found the motor mount was broken, so he replaced it, and repaired the remainder. I got it back early afternoon. I highly recommend Parsippany Firestone.
Good customer service. I waited because they were busy, but was able to get my oil changed before heading home on a Sunday. Will definitely go back there!
The service I received at Parsippany Firestone was awesome. I will continue to utilize them for my vehicle maintenance. They know their stuff and get the job done.
Walked in planning to bring them a lto of business because they are right across the street from me. Forget it - stood for 5 minutes while some guy with glasses worked on the computer. All you have to do is look up and say "I will be with you in a moment sir" but no not even that. If it were possible to gibe NO STARS I wold because I received NO customer service.
