RecommendedMike and his crew always come through for me! Came in today, convinced that the fuel pump was going out. Even though they were slammed, they fit me in for a diagnostic. Diagnosed as a bad batch of fuel, they saved me roughly $1200. They've always been straight with me and have never tried to sell me something that I don't need or upsell me. Thanks guys!
Just stopped in to have a valve stem replaced. The kid that got into my car peeled out and whipped it in the bay, and replaced the valve stem. I finally get my car back, get in and the low tire pressure light is on. I get out and check the pressure of the tire just repaired, and it's 26. Why????? Do they not have air back there in the bay? I put the air in with my portable pump in adjacent parking lot. If you can't manage to put air in a tire i don't trust you to do anything else! Had an appointment at 1pm and 3 hours later they started working on my car. Their appointment times are the times they work on your car but the time they want you to show up to start your wait. They obviously don't value the time of their customers.
Decent service in the past - but today they dropped the ball - had a 2:00 appointment - went and grabber some lunch - got back at 3:15 - the van was still sitting outside - no work done - all I had scheduled was an tire rotation, oil change and inspection - the appointment should have been enough to get the vehicle in the shop by 2:30 - I took the keys and left - lesson learned - I guess? - free tire rotations... they said oh you wanted an oil change too - we can have that done by 6 - mmmmm!!!
Got a flat tire on the interstate, came in and they serviced my vehicle immediately. The entire staff was very professional, personable, polite, and accommodating to get me on my way so I could meet my daughter for lunch in Columbus. I appreciate the service and great work!
Always well taken care of. Plus being open 7 days a week is a plus! Thank you!
