Rip off. Told my friend she needed a front drivers side ball joint. No visible issue when jacked up. No play or noise. Pulled the lower control arm off. The ball joint was perfect with no play. Do not use these people. Car is a 2016 Kia Rio with 33000 Miles.
5 stars. They replace tires from a recall quickly and the young man at the desk got my 2 little boys on Wifi and talked to them about a career in the automotive world. Awesome experience.
