Yesenia(?) was amazing, she worked with me to find the right size tires for a cost that I could afford on Tuesday. She was so kind and generous to a woman that was absolutely rude to her about something that was out of her control. Fantastic customer service! I love my new tires and will definitely be recommending this location to all of my friends.
If I could have them 6 stars I would. 380 into my 1800 mile road trip to Ny my 225000 mile expidition started acting up and would not drive over MPH. I pulled in at around noon on a busy Saturday. Bill said it would. E about an hour and a half before they could touch it. I understood they were busy. It was in the shop within 1 hour and had a diag 30 mins after that. The work was done correctly and under the time frame Promised. Thanks to the crew at this Firestone location.
