Employees were friendly. Went in to get my parking break line and front brakes fixed. Was told that my front brakes were fine and he didn't recommend getting them replaced. Two months later my brakes had worn down to the point of the rotors grinding. This means instead of paying $115 for brake under warranty replacement, I had to pay 360 to get the rotors fixed too. I took my truck to another Firestone and the employee said the rotors would have needed replacing anyway, but if I would have got them replaced the first time I ... read more
I've been a customer for 9 years, and recently with almost entirely new staff there I have had nothing but trouble. I took my car in for a simple under warranty repair, and now the car is not really drivable. They claim suddenly the motor mounts are shot, and the noise and behaviour of the car after having the half shaft done has me worried the car is going to tear itself apart.
