RecommendedI’m happy and grateful to have tire prepared but I wasn’t expecting to be there 2 + hours after being told it would be an hour wait. I should have paid and taken tire with me. I also wasn’t ready for all the coughing... as the person says know one here has gotten sick.. other locations have had people get sick. Bring snacks and walking shoes because you’re in for a wait!

I took my car in yesterday for new tires and I asked the service writer if they balanced the tires and completed the alignment. He said yes. I went back to work and later on my home my car had a vibration in the seat and the steering wheel at 60-75. I called and the guy told me to bring it back. I did this morning and they tell me it takes 45 mins just to balance the tires and another 20 to reset the tire pressure monitors. My wait wasn't long got me in within 30 minutes little less than an hour to change my oil. They always do a great job... Javier and Michael are great guys.

Got me taken care of less than an Hour! Had to get tire replacement prorated only $23.00. Thank God for Road Hazard!
They did a great job on my truck. But it took forever guess I should have dropped my truck off. Next time for sure.
