I had the most amazing experience today at Firestone. Jay O was phenomenal! He explained everything to me down to the smallest detail. I was absolutely amazed at the customer service experience and will be going back again! Thank you again for such an amazing experience!
We had a tire emergency while driving through the area with 3 more hours on the road to home. Stopped twice to add air, but it was quickly apparent we needed professional help! Called Firestone from 15 minutes away & 10 minutes before closing & Matt said he’d wait and take care of us! Professional service, clean shop. He pulled a nail out, patched our tire, topped them all off with air and had us back on the road quickly with a tiny fee & a big smile!
