Went for a wheel alignment & for them to check out my right passenger window because it won’t roll up only down. They rolled me window all the way down knowing I can’t get it up then tried to tell me the estimate to get it fixed would be $400+ !!
I only give 4 stars because this place could use a renovation and had a "stale cigarette" smell. Also, someone had abandoned their vehicle in front of a bay leaving customers waiting to be seen. There were 2 people ahead of me and I left first. I got an inspection and another was waiting on new tires.
I had been to the Troy, Wolf Road and Latham locations and constantly ran into issues / not being fixed. Tried Scotia and they do a fantastic job. Cory and the crew will keep getting my business.
