I am very disappointed with the service I received and am unlikely to return. I scheduled a brake appointment for Aug 30, only to have Firestone reschedule it to Sept 3 at 1pm. When I arrived, my appointment wasn’t in the system. I agreed to a $9.99 CVI and was told to wait. After nearly 5 hours of delays, vague updates, and confusion—including being told the tech went to lunch and later that parts aren’t delivered after 5pm—I left without the brake service I originally scheduled.
