Made an appointment for Sunday for an alignment, tire rotation and oil change. It was after my vehicle was serviced that I realized that the alignment wasn’t on the work order. So I had to make another appointment to go back to Oxford,Al on this coming Wednesday after I work a 10 hour shift just to get the alignment that I was SUPPOSED TO HAVE GOTTEN SUNDAY!!!! Took way too long just to put rotors and brake pads on front of car. Approximately 5 hours. Price was very expensive just needed the brakes fixed and I'm not able to repair brakes anymore. Do not believe them when they tell you the other stuff that your car needs done. Check on it yourself. They stated oil needed changing that it was dirty. I had the oil changed about a week before I took car to Firestone. I looked at the oil on dipstick it was as clear as new oil. I do believe they have goid tires.
They don't price gouge and also give you proof of vehicle in need of repairs.
