Great service and timing has been the best pricing
They work late til like 8pm just to get done with the vehicles rather than give up and have you come back the next day. Lady in front and the guys in the back are really nice despite being there all day already.
I needed an oil change, But I didn't have an appointment. I called and I was told to come in they would work me in. They did in a timely manner. Great customer service.Thanks
Casper was amazing. There were a few issues on the tires that a previous employee ordered but Casper took care of the issue. Got our tires installed and got us on our way. My wife left her purse in the waiting room and did realize it until later that night. I called the next morning and Casper had seen it and put it in a safe place waiting for a call or someone to come to get it. He was very professional and kind.
The whole team at Oxford Al Firestone stands out in their exceptional service, positive attitudes, and knowledge. As always, they made me feel appreciated and took care of my vehicles needs like they would've their own.
