Horrible they charged me more than $2000 to replace a part that doesn’t even cost $100 I’m never going back if they need money that bad
This Firestone is top tier. I (w/ two young children) was traveling back from my home state of North Carolina to our current home in North ETX. We had a stop in Mississippi for the night so another 4 hours of driving for that day. We took a cotter pin of all things in the sidewall. Not only was this Firestone stocked with what we needed, we arrived less than an hour before close. They got it done, remounted my spare, aired my other tires. Not from this area but ended up getting a screw in my tire, took it to Firestone and they got me in with no issues. Patched the tire and it wasn't expensive. Awesome service and very polite
