Service is exceptionally great! Friendly and courteous staff.
Firestone was able to pinpoint my problems and take care of all my concerns for my car. I'm a bit picky and I like things done a certain way even though it may be a little early for my oil change or my tires rotated but that's me that's how I keep my car happy

Well I have had pretty good service in the past. HOWEVER, I have called 3 separate times on 2 different days and NO ONE will answer the phone. I have not called on holidays either. Guess I will call sonewhere else and see if they will take my money.
