They were very thorough with my car inspection and I was very impressed and happy with that. Also very impressed with the installation of my new tires that I purchased at Firestone, great deal and great warranty
This location is far the most poorly staffed and rude location. Had my truck for 24 hours with an appointment and couldn’t replace 4 tires and called 30 minutes before pick up to tell me that they had not done the work and then Josh even went as far to say he did not even know the truck was there… that’s funny as I checked the truck in and he was the one who set the appointment and a lady checked it in the day before when it was dropped off then he even thought it was funny and laughed when we picked it up.
